1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Truther Match ("App", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.

2. Description of Service

Truther Match is a dating and social networking platform designed to connect users based on shared interests, beliefs, and values.

We provide:

•User profiles
•Matching features
•Messaging functionality
•Optional identity verification

We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

•Provide accurate and truthful information
•Maintain the security of your account
•Not impersonate others

Email Verification

If you create an account using an email address and password, we send a confirmation link to that address. You must confirm your email before signing in with that account. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; you can request a new link, which replaces the previous one. Keep your confirmation links private.

New-Match Emails

When a new mutual match is created, we send a notification to each matched member with a verified email address. The email may include the other member's first name and a link to the match. Members without a verified email address, including phone-only members without an email address, will not receive a match email. We do not currently offer a separate in-app setting to turn off these emails. Email delivery is not guaranteed; you can also view your matches in the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
